Inland Northwest Trails Coalition

The purpose of our organization is to promote fellowship among those interested in outdoor activities
such as hiking, camping and social activities. We belong to the Federation of Western Outdoor Clubs and promote interest in conservation of forests, waterways, wildlife and trails. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of eight members, one of whom is elected president for a one-year term. Four Board Members are elected each January to a two-year term.

Club activities consist of the following:
Hikes: Are usually scheduled year-round on Sundays and on Wednesday mornings (March through October) and are normally 6-8 miles long. We hike in rain, snow, sleet...etc. Shorter length options are also usually available. We meet on Sundays at Riverside and Lincoln and on Wednesdays at Fourth and Ash, unless otherwise specified. Carpooling is available at a nominal cost or you may drive if parking space at trailhead permits. We pack our own lunches (Sunday), water and other necessities.
The Club also participates in scheduled Volkswalks.
Overnight: There are usually several overnight trips planned as well as a one-week summer outing.
Social events: Are planned throughout the year. Social events include an Annual Banquet, Easter Breakfast, Sunvend, Summer Picnic, Fall Social, Pancake Feed and New Year's Eve Party.

A newsletter called Traildust contains a schedule of all hikes and Club activities along with other information. It is published every two months. We welcome guests! See the current hiking schedule below. Contact the leader to sign up for a hike. For a copy of Traildust call 487-7366 or email perfesser3@comcast.net.
